Born and raised in Chengdu, China, Randy completed his education in his hometown, earning a bachelor's degree in law. Prior to coming to the United States, Randy gained valuable legal knowledge and experience by assisting a notary public at a local office. This early exposure provided him with a solid foundation in the legal field, which he has built upon throughout his career.

In pursuit of personal growth and new opportunities, Randy made the decision to pursue a law degree in the U.S. In 2018, he successfully earned his J.D. degree from Florida State University, considering it a fresh start in his legal journey. Joining the Law Offices of Sabrina Li shortly after, Randy has dedicated several years to working as a paralegal, passionately serving our clients with his expertise and commitment. Randy passed the California Bar Exam in July 2022 and was admitted to the California Bar in April 2023.

Randy's deep understanding of immigration law and his acquired skills over the past five years make him a valuable asset to our team. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Randy has a knack for identifying crucial aspects that others might overlook.
