Born and raised in Chengdu, China, Randy completed his education in his hometown, earning a bachelor's degree in law. Prior to coming to the United States, Randy gained valuable legal knowledge and experience by assisting a notary public at a local office. This early exposure provided him with a solid foundation in the legal field, which he has built upon throughout his career.
In pursuit of personal growth and new opportunities, Randy made the decision to pursue a law degree in the U.S. In 2018, he successfully earned his J.D. degree from Florida State University, considering it a fresh start in his legal journey. Joining the Law Offices of Sabrina Li shortly after, Randy has dedicated several years to working as a paralegal, passionately serving our clients with his expertise and commitment. Randy passed the California Bar Exam in July 2022 and was admitted to the California Bar in April 2023.
