Ralph M. Tsong is an attorney with over 20 years of experience. He began his career with national employment law firm Littler Mendelson in Chicago, and was an associate attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He honed his trial skills working for public law centers Asian Law Alliance in San Jose and the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. Ralph spent a decade as an attorney representing California's Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Department of Industrial Relations and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Ralph is on the board of directors of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association and is a Fellow of the Academy of California Adoption and ART Attorneys (ACAL).
He is a member of numerous organizations, including the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Society for Ethical Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS), the Long Beach-Yokkaichi Sister Cities Board, and the National Asian Pacific Islander Bar Association.
He has presented on ART topics before the ABA Family Law Section, the Long Beach Bar Association, the Long Beach Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, and SEEDS.
