​Ms. Chenyan (Cheyenne) Zhang graduated from Shanghai International Studies University with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Law and Finance (International Banking). She also earned a Master of Law degree from University of Southern California.

She started her legal career in 2010 and is licensed in both New York and California. Ms. Zhang’s main practice areas include asset protection and trust, business and business organization, strategic affiliation and cross border negotiation for U.S. / China businesses, Corporate Counsel for privately owned businesses and their owners at various development stages, and entrepreneur immigration.

Ms. Zhang is bilingual. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, and also familiar with the cultures of the two countries. She knows that the biggest obstacle to cross-border negotiations is not the language and legal differences, but the differences in management style, custom and culture between China and the United States.
