According to the regulations, you must file the change of address form within five days of moving to a new address. You should update your address with the immigration court immediately upon moving to a new address. The sooner you notify the court, the better, as it ensures you receive all important correspondence and notices related to your case.
Previously, you had to mail a completed change of address form to the Immigration court. The good news is that now you can do it online. Here are the steps you'll need to take.
Search for EOIR 33 to access the online form. Please review the information on the "Instructions" in Part One, then click "Submit" at the bottom right corner.
After reading the instructions, you need to provide personal information, including your name, middle name, last name, and A-number, and select the immigration court where your case is located. After completing, click "Submit" at the bottom right corner.
Enter your previous address, phone number, and email. Make sure all information is accurate and click "Submit" at the bottom right corner.

Before clicking "Submit," carefully review the information you have entered to ensure that your address, name, and contact information are accurate.
You will also need to send a copy of that same form to the government attorney representing ICE(Office of Principal Legal Advisor) in Immigration Court
Save copies of the submitted forms and any confirmation receipts for your records.
Please be aware that you cannot request a change of location for your hearings by choosing a different court on this form. If you wish for your case to be moved to a different immigration court, you must submit a Motion to Change Venue to the court currently handling your case.
